Gramicci started in California in the 1970s, from a new generation of rock-climbers called the Stonemasters who climbed at Yosemite National Park pioneering a new way of climbing that focuses on speed and style. The new style required new forms of clothing to provide the climber maximum movement without compromising on quality and functionality. Mike Graham had a keen eye for design and thus started developing new designs that would eventually be known as Gramicci.
In 1982, Gramicci and after he developed the shorts he developed trousers and word of these seemingly-indestructible pants called the G-Pant soon spread. Their popularity wasn’t limited to rock climbers either, and by the mid-80s a small contingent of surfers and skaters were seeking out these hard-wearing pants with the little hand-drawn ‘running man’ logo.
The warm and fuzzy Gramicci Sherpa jacket made from a jacquard material with a collar, cuffs and hem that is designed to reduce wind penetration, making it perfect for cooler weather. The fleece also features three zippered pockets with mesh lining and a stand up collar and finished off with stretch binder tape around the collar edge, cuffs, and hem to reduce wind penetration
